Outbound Pricing Models

When you sit down with the client and start talking about the outbound pricing, do you really know what the numbers equal too?

Instead of using an educated guess, why don’t you just plug in the variables and press "submit" and know what exactly your revenue will be.

Outbound Pricing ModelOften I would have to discuss pricing with clients and I didn’t have a good system to understand the numbers.  Sure, I kinda new what I was looking at because I became familar with the different variables and what they meant but I decided to put together a better system.

That is why I came up with the offcial Oubound Pricing Model.

This little puppy let’s you pick what kind of pricing rate you want to calculate, per call, per staffed hour or per sale.  Over the past several years most outbound pricing has migrated to the pay for performance model (ie sales), therefor having the ability to view this combined the other rates makes this spreadsheet a nice feature.

In addition, you can determine what these key areas will consist of and how they impact your revenue.

  • Depletes per hour
  • Penetration Goals
  • Contact per hour rate
  • Estimated Hours
  • Estimated Sales

Here is a quick ample of the form, (but you can find the link to the form below.)
